FOSFA have now assumed responsibility for the cargo heating instructions that hitherto were overseen by the IASC.  The FOSFA Heating instructions have now been issued and became effective as of 01 September this year.  The wording has not changed substantially from that of the IASC instructions, but there have been one or two minor changes in the table of temperatures, in order to bring it in line with the Codex Standards.
